Information, not a project agreement

This website describes services available to discuss with Voltari. A project begins only when the parties agree a written proposal. That proposal identifies the contracting entity, deliverables, price, schedule, review rounds, ownership and any ongoing services.

Examples and demonstrations

Work is labelled as a client project, a Voltari product, a demonstration or a design concept. Concepts and demonstration visuals are not evidence of client results. Website previews may contain illustrative copy or interface data.

Content and permissions

Website content, designs, photographs and films remain subject to their owners’ rights. Viewing a demonstration does not grant permission to republish it. Material you provide for a project must be yours or appropriately licensed for the agreed use.

No guaranteed commercial outcome

Search rankings, enquiries, views, sales, bookings and property outcomes depend on factors beyond the creative or technical work. No particular commercial result is guaranteed by this website.

Third-party services

External websites and platforms have their own terms. Any third-party fees, licences or account requirements for a project will be identified in the written scope.

Your rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
